There are no stupid problems.
I assume no knowlege on your part. Please do not take this as a put down, the purpose of this site is to help people who may not have access to a lot of high tech backup in their school or organization. I also have a point of view on this: a computer that is down because a plug has been accidently pulled from a wall socket is just as big a problem, at the time it is occurring, as a computer that is down from a more serious problem. A solution is a solution whether it is simple or complex.
